Corona Jailbreak Update will fix the iBooks issue after iOS 5.0.1 untethered Jailbreak

iBooks is one of the greatest app to read books, magazines and papers on your iPhone and iPad. We also love reading stuff but this is something which has been controversial between jailbreak community and Apple Engineers. Like Earlier jailbreaks, untethered jailbreak also has a flaw that iBooks will not work after jailbreaking iOS 5.0.1 using Corona jailbreak method.

When you will launch iBooks, an error will pop up
There is a problem with the configuration of your iPod touch. Please restore with iTunes or redownload iBooks.

This is really annoying and many users also hesitate to jailbreak their iPad due to it. But we have good news for you, Xvolks, a jailbreak developer, has found a way to configure this iBooks error so that you can enjoy iBooks after jailbreaking iOS 5.0.1. And it will be fixed in the next release of Corona jailbreak. If you use iBooks too much and can’t live out with this bug, we would recommend you to wait until an update of Corona jailbreak is released.
According to the developer:
With the invaluable help of @pod2g, I've patched the kernel in corona to make iBooks work without the ugly tweak called xBooks. Still no ETA. I've developed this patch on my iPhone 4. It needs to be adjusted to the other devices and being tested. Since I do not own an iPad nor an iPod, I cannot do that myself. Hopefully, MuscleNerd will do the rest of the job and will release the package soon. For xBooks users: When this fix will be released, the xBooks fix will be obsolete and you'll need to remove it and reinstall iBooks.
Dream team is also going to release untetherd jailbreak for A5 devices, let’s hope that iBooks issue will be fixed in this jailbreak.
