Yesterday, the dream team released desperately waited untethered jailbreak for iPhone 4S and iPad. Now the device is Jailbroken, so the door is opened for developers to add custom commands to Siri. And today, we came across with such an amazing thing. You can Power off or restart your iPhone by just asking Siri to do that.

This tweak is called VoiceUtils and it adds four custom commands to the Siri. Just say the following commands to Siri and it will work accordingly.

  • Reboot - it will reboot your iPhone
  • Power off - To turn off your iPhone
  • Restart SpringBoard - To restart Springboard of your iPhone
  • Enter Safe Mode - To enter in Safe Mode on your device.

To get these commands working, you will need to jailbreak your iPhone 4S, you can follow our step by step Video Tutorial to jailbreak iPhone 4S on iOS 5.0.1
After jailbreaking your device, open up Cydia and search for VoiceUtils and install it on your iPhone 4S. After installing this tweak, No new icons will be added on Homescreen and you don’t have any options to configure this tweak. The best part is that it is absolutely free of cost.
