There has been severe court fights between World's two most popular Mobile Phone companies, Apple and Samsung. Apple sued Samsung in many countries for copying the iPhone and iPad as Galaxy S and Galaxy Tab. This also lead to the ban of Samsung Galaxy Tab in Germany. Apple sued the Samsung in the US and tried to ban the Samsung products in US too But Unluckily it couldn't be done.

US Jude denied the Apple call to ban Samsung products in US. As posted on the Electronista, Judge Lucy Koh at the San Jose court rejected the Apple's call against Samsung Galaxy S 4G, DROID Charge, Infuse 4G and Galaxy Tab 10.1.

According to them:
Samsung clinched an important win late Friday after Northern District of California Judge Lucy Koh denied Apple’s call for a preliminary ban on key Android devices. The San Jose court told Apple that the Droid Charge, Galaxy S 4G, Infuse 4G, and Galaxy Tab 10.1 would have to stay on sale unless Apple won at the full trial. Koh didn’t reject claims of validity, but also didn’t believe Apple’s view that a ban was urgent.
