Step 1: Connect your iPhone, iPod or iPad with your PC via cable and open iTunes and put check mark on "Sync with this iPhone over Wi-Fi"
Step 2: On your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad go to Setting > General > iTunes Wi-Fi Sync
Step 3: Now tab on "Sync Now".
Note: Your PC and iDevice MUST be on the same network and iTunes is running.
Now you have successfully connected your iDevice with iTunes wirlessly. You will see the Sync icon appears on the top left.
