How to use this application?

After downloading, copy this in 'Applications' folder, Launch this application. A window will be opened, Click on Read Backup and a list of all the backups present in iTunes will be shown.

Select the backup from this list, and hit the Choose button. A new list will be opened showing all the backup data for each app.

For Lion users, you should use FileVault 2 to encrypt the User Accounts Library folder. And you don't need to use the encryption provided by the iTunes.
