Apple’s SIRI has been the talk of the town since the iPhone 4S was released. When SIRI was introduced by Apple in the new model of the iPhone it had no real competitors. Microsoft claimed that they had released a similar voice controlled smartphone assistant called Tellme back in 2010 but it was no where close to the functionality of Siri. Siri represented the birth of a new breed of voice controlled smartphone assistant.
While other companies like Google and Android are working to develop similar voice controlled services a new third party app developed by Tronton hits the Android market. It is known as Cluzee and it is could represent Siri’s first real competition. It offers a Siri like experience to the Android users and according to the videos put up by Tronton it has capabilities even better than the Siri. For example Cluzee will tell the whole schedule of the user upon asking a simple question like ‘what does my schedule look like today’.
Cluzee can search deals according to the owner’s buying habits, it also includes smart tidbits from data it pulls from the web, it is intelligent enough to find restaurants based on the user’s taste, read emails and text messages aloud.
Ashish Patwa Tronton’s CEO says: “We don’t need all of the information available, all of the time. We just need the right information at the right time, which Cluzee intelligently provides, making us more productive. Technology created the problem, but we’re using smarter technology to solve it.”
