Apple has just released iOS 5 Beta 4 version for the developers on iOS Dev Center for iPhone 4, 3GS, iPod touch 4G, 3G, iPad 2, 1 and Apple TV 2G.
iOS 5 beta 4 can be installed using over the air software update from devices that have iOS 5 beta 3 installed. Over the air software update can be initiated by choosing General > Software Update in Settings.Download iOS 5 beta 4 for your devices from website’s developer page.

OTA transfers don't work if you have a PC? Is there any way to make this and iTunes WiFi syncing work on PC?
